Set in a picturesque area of streams and woodland, Underwood is a detached period cottage with a pleasant garden on either side and parking for 2/3 cars. Its position at the edge of Parkmill is very convenient for The Heritage Centre, the village shop, pub, restaurant and a horse riding centre. There are walks in all directions with Three Cliffs Bay being easily accessible.

Accommodation:
The kitchen/diner is equipped with electric hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster. The dining table seats 6 and a baby highchair if required
A TV/DVD is also available. There is a tiled floor and a baby gate through to the snug.

The snug has 2 leather recliners and 2 footstools, a bookcase, china cabinet and a wall clock, radio and CD player.

The lounge has 2 leather sofas, a TV with digibox, a cosy Marlborough gas stove and a view of the stream. Door to front and the staircase to the first floor.
The main bedroom has a 5ft bed, side tables with lights and a radio, a large wardrobe and a cot. There is also a shower cubicle in this room.

The second bedroom has a 4ft 6ins bed, radio chest of drawers and a hanging rail.

The bunk room has full-sized bunks and a chest of drawers with hanging rail.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a jacuzzi bath & shower.

The cottage has fitted carpet throughout except for the kitchen and the bathroom and is centrally heated and double glazed throughout.

Arrival time - not before 2.30pm
Departure time - by 10.30am

Parkmill is just a short drive from Mumbles with its boutiques and coffee shops and from Swansea with its new water park, museums, ten screen cinema, bowling, marina, restaurants and bars.
