The detached, architect designed house in Middleton is well placed for all the delights of south Gower with its beautiful bays and beaches, cliffs and moor land, as well as it inland woods and river valleys.
Three Elms has three double rooms. The main bedroom has lovely sea views, fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities which include a bath, separate shower cubicle and bidet.

One double and one twin bedded room share the upstairs bathroom which has both shower and bath.

The double bedroom downstairs has its own en-suite shower room.
There is also a separate downstairs cloakroom/utility with toilet, sink, washing machine and overhead drying rack.

The large, well-equipped kitchen/dining room has double, sliding French doors leading out to the front garden and patio area with table and outside seating. It is furnished with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric oven.
The sitting room joins the dining area and can be open-plan or closed off for more cosiness with sliding double doors.

At the rear of the house there is a further patio area with picnic table and BBQ.

The house is cleaned and prepared to a high standard so that you can immediately relax and enjoy your holiday.

The local hotel and restaurant has dramatic views over Rhossili Bay and The Worm, is only a 10 minute walk away, while another popular inn is a 10 minute or so drive to Reynoldston.

Three Elms is ideally placed for most of the attractions of Gower and is especially close to the famous Rhossili Bay, Mewslade (our favourite beach) and Fall Bay.

One of our favourite walks is over Rhossili Down, with far views to Devon to the south and Pembrokeshire to the west, down to Llangennith for a break at the village pub and then back along the beach, stopping for a swim along the way.

There is full central -heating and logs can be provided in the cooler months. For your convenience there is a telephone that accepts incoming calls only. There is storage space in the garage for bicycles and surf boards etc.
