The Meadows is ideal for a family group, easily accommodating up to 6 people.  You will find details of local attractions and places to eat out at, a list of local services (pharmacies, doctor’s surgery, hospitals etc).

There is a family lounge with wooden flooring and rug, furnished with two sofas, one armchair chair and large pouffe.  The large fire place has an electric wood effect fire.  For any rainy days there is a Television, Digi-box, DVD player.  From this room sliding doors lead into the conservatory which has cane furniture, providing a second cosy seating area.

The kitchen is fitted and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge- freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. You can comfortably seat 6 around the table. There is easy to maintain tiled flooring. From the kitchen you pass into the hallway leading to a porch, downstairs W.C. and the lounge.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with fitted carpets. Duvets, pillows and covers are supplied. The first is a double room with king size bed, 1 double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table with lamp.  This room has views across the fields opposite. The second is a double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third is a single room with a fitted single bed, a desk with drawers and fitted wardrobe.

On the same floor is the family bathroom which has a bath with an integral wall mounted shower with glass screen, toilet, hand basin and shaving mirror.

The Meadows would suit couples or a family. The walled rear garden is laid to lawn and is a fantastic space for eating outside, playing volleyball/badminton in or just for relaxing. There is a Tesco home delivery service operating in the area.  During your stay you may want to experience some of Gower’s breathtaking scenery, lovely beaches, water sports schools and classes, galleries and woodlands walks.  Mumbles village is a 20 minute drive away with a superb range of boutiques, cafes, delis and restaurants.
