The Hollies, self catering appartment in Horton, The Gower Peninsula, Swansea, South Wales.

The Hollies is a gentleman's residence set in approximately one acre of mature grounds in the pretty village of Horton. Sun loungers are provided for use by guests. It would be ideal for boating enthusiasts as there is parking available for your own boat and direct access to beach launching, which is less than a minute away.

The apartment sleeps up to six people and comprises of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room and an open plan kitchen and living area.

Each bedroom is furnished with bedside tables, wardrobes, a dressing table and chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided.

All of the single beds have a pullout bed underneath the single bed that can accommodate a sixth guest.

The open plan living area includes a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, electric cooker, dining table and chairs and a sitting area with two settees, a TV and a DVD player.

The bathroom has a bath with an overhead electric power shower, wc and wash basin.
There is a further shower room with a second electric power shower, wc and wash basin. Hand towels are provided but guests are requested to bring their own bath towels and beach towels.

The south facing balcony is accessed from the single bedroom, with marvellous views of the sea, Horton beach and Port Eynon point. The balcony is wide enough for patio furniture and so where better to sit and watch the sun go down?
