The Granary, sympathetically restored using natural locally sourced materials has been the subject of a number of architectural design awards.

It has an open plan layout with beamed vaulted ceilings and flag stone and oak floors.

The oak kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances including fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooker.

The sitting area has a wood burning stove and large French windows leading onto a south facing patio affording uninterrupted views over farmland and Rhossili Down.

A spiral staircase leads to a second sitting room with flat screen TV, DVD player and ipod dock.

Both bedrooms with wood floors and oak shutters are located on the ground floor-one double and a twin room (which can be converted to a king bed).  Each bathroom has slate floors and white fittings.  One en-suite has a shower, the other bath and over bath shower. 

A separate laundry room is available with washing machine, tumble drier and iron.

Guests have the use of the outdoor swimming pool which is heated during the summer months. Secure storage is available for walking gear, surf boards, bikes and golf clubs.

The local pub, restaurants and the post office are within easy walking distance.  Numerous coves and safe sandy blue flag beaches are within a 5—10 minute drive.
