This extremely spacious house has been converted from a stone barn which previously served the estate of Fairyhill.  It is comfortably furnished including many antiques.  Situated in the middle of the peninsula it is only ten minutes drive to our most beautiful and secluded beaches.  If walking is your passion you can start from here and leave your car behind for the day.  Riding and pony-trekking are also to be found on Gower.

Ground Floor

Entering, you will be pleasantly surprised at the size of the main room. It is open to the roof with beams supporting a large chandelier. Turning, covered stairs lead to a wide gallery area (pleasant for sitting, observing below or reading!) A gas "woodstove" adds comforting instant heat in addition to the central heating.

A wide archway leads you into the conservatory and patio area. There is also a large modern wet room.

The kitchen is farmhouse style with dresser and plenty of storage. You can eat at this dining table or in the conservatory. A utility room leads off, housing a top loading washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and freezer.

The ground floor bedroom has easy access (one step) with walk-in bathroom withoverhead shower, hand basin and wc. The bed is 6 feet wide which will split to twins if preferred. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. TV. Duvets or blankets with linen and towels are provided.

The first floor bedroom is off the gallery, again with a 6 foot bed which can be changed to twin. The en-suite has a large shower cubicle, handbasin and WC.
