The bungalow briefly comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge and kitchen/diner.

The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space.

The second bedroom has a set of full size bunk beds and a single bed. Bed linen is provided.

The kitchen/diner has a gas cooker and hob, a George Foreman electric grill, a microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and fridge with freezer box. A washing machine is provided in the large utility room that runs from the kitchen.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a hand basin. The WC is in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom. Towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels.

The lounge has a TV, DVD player, video and comfortable seating.

Sunnyside is all on one level, once inside the property, so it may be suitable for someone with limited mobility. Also, there are no fitted carpets, so it may also suit asthmatics.

There is central heating throughout the property. The garden is enclosed, mostly laid to lawn and there is parking for two cars.
