Sea View, Llangennith, Gower

Situated in one of Wales' most picturesque areas, it is ideal for couples and families alike. There is easy access to the beaches of the Gower Peninsula, which is popular with surfers, water sports and family days out. Rhossilli/Llangennith beach is a two minute drive away, all the Gower Bays are also within easy driving distance, where you can enjoy peaceful walks and partake of the wonderful scenery.

The local village is a stone's throw away, and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. There is a village pub, which serves food all day, and a small camp shop. Eddies cafe which was new for 2004 is situated at the Hillend camp site.

Accommodation

The cottage has been recently renovated, has all modern conveniences and comprises: A sun porch with cane sofa. Lounge with an open fire place, 2 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs, a dining table with chairs and a television. Both the lounge and sun porch have just had new oak floors installed throughout. Well equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. Bathroom with electric shower, shaver point, WC and wash hand basin.

Upstairs has the same warm, homely feeling as downstairs, with a large gallery bedroom with stripped pine floors. This room contains a double bed, bed side tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has stripped pine floors, twin beds and bedside tables, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

In the cottage grounds is a patio area, ideal for sitting out in the summer and evening barbecues. This leads to a large lawned area, with direct access onto Llanmadoc Hill, and the numerous walks which are one of the many attractions of the area. Adjacent to the garden the is a fresh water spring.
