Rosedale is a well presented bungalow, set in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Llanrhidian village.

The interior comprises of a kitchen, shower room, bathroom, utility room, living room/diner and two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an electric cooker and microwave.  You will find a washing machine and fridge in the utility room.

There is oil fired central heating run from a combi boiler.  All heating and electricity is included in the price

Outside, guests are welcome to make use of the large upper lawn and orchard which ideal for children.  There is a small patio area with table and chairs.

Directions
As you approach Llanrhidian you will see Llanrhidian Holiday Park on the left.  Directly opposite, turn right down the lane.  ‘Rosedale’ is the first bungalow on the right.

Booking Info

Arrival and departure times
The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.  Guests are requested to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.

Key
To be collected from the owner at the adjoining bungalow.

Terms
£100 non-refundable deposit for each week booked is payable on the date of booking.  Full payment must be made six weeks before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation the owner will do the utmost to re-let the property.  If this is done successfully, monies will be returned, otherwise guests will be liable for rental due.  Guests are therefore advised to take out their own holiday insurance to cover them in the event of cancellation.
