Oriel Gwyr is a relatively new contemporary styled house finished with the highest quality materials and fittings. Situated at the heart of Rhossili with south facing panoramic views of the countryside and sea, and only a couple of minutes walk from the 3.5mile Rhossili beach, Worms Head, Fall Bay and the local Pub. It truly is a fantastic location for a family holiday to remember.
	Completed in 2008, great emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials that complement the curvaceous design. Built from local stone with a 200m² grass roof, the building subtly blends into the local surroundings. The house benefits from high levels of insulation and underfloor heating with energy being supplied by an ultra efficient air-source heat-pump; thus enabling you to enjoy a cosy climate without harming the environment.
The living area whilst very spacious, remains an intimate area when dusk falls. Equipped with a fully controllable lighting system, comfortable seating for eight, TV with freeview, DVD Player and Sound system. The perfect place to relax after a hard day on the beach or clambering the local clifftop paths.
	The main bathroom is situated at the centre of the house, finished in brick sized travertine tiles and built as a wet room it has a large double ended bath and a separate walk in shower.
If you like dinner parties, welcome to the ultimate party kitchen. With a fully fitted black walnut kitchen, granite worktops and enough Neff appliances to keep the keenest of chefs happy, cooking that evening meal needn’t be a chore. Appliances include two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle. The separate utility room has a washing machine, toilet and sink.
	Oriel Gwyr has four double bedrooms, two of which have king sized beds, one has a double bed, and one has twin single beds. Three of the bedrooms can accommodate a cot if required. All bedrooms have solid oak furniture, bed linen and towels are provided. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and an additional TV. There is an additional TV in the other king size room.
Oriel Gwyr is built over one level with no internal steps and all areas of the garden can be accessed via ramps, we consider it suitable for wheelchair use, although no disability aids are provided. There is a local shop some 2/3 miles away that sell most groceries and some local produce, the nearest supermarket is nearly 20 miles away, we recommend that you either bring all that you need with you or make the most of the Tesco Home Delivery service.
