This lovely little detached bungalow sleeps up to 4 people. The double bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space and bed linen is provided. The shower room has a large walk in shower (on the same level as the floor), a wc and a wash basin. Towels are also provided. |

| The main area of the appartment is open-plan. The lounge area has two settees, one of which transforms into a very substantial double sofa bed. There is a tv, a video and a hi-fi including CD player and radio. Gas central heating runs throughout the appartment. |  |

The kitchen/diner has plenty of cupboard space, a fridge, electric hob, microwave, a slow cooker, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. The appartment is light and airy and has either laminate or tiled floors throughout and so may be suitable for people with allergies. It is also on one level (we have a ramp that can be used over the threshold) and so may suit anyone with limited mobility.

The appartment is ideally situated, only a few minutes walk from the beach (Oxwich Bay). The nearest place to eat/drink is a few minutes walk away, as is the local grocery shop. There is parking available for two cars and a small garden with a table and chairs. |
