Knelston village is set centrally in Gower offering good access to all beaches either by car or there is a service bus route running past the house.  There is a well stocked shop within a couple of minutes walk and the nearest pub is the King Arthur in Reynoldston (approx. 1 mile away).

Our three properties are on the same site and are therefore suitable for large parties who wish to holiday together.

The Old Chapel and The Old Manse have interlocking doors which allow the properties to be opened up to accommodate larger parties (please look at The Old Manse and Old Chapel entry for more information). 

The Manse is a recently renovated Grade II listed building and offers comfortable accommodation in a building with character.

Internally there is an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge.  The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle and toaster.  The dining area comprises a table & chairs to seat 8 people (a highchair is also available) and the lounge area has comfortable sofas with a woodburning stove, tv and DVD player.  The property also has wi-fi internet access.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Externally, there is a parking area; patio with a BBQ and table and chairs and a garden with a shed where you can lock away bikes, surf boards etc.

Ty Hannah is a newly built house which has been tastefully furnished and contains all you need for a relaxing holiday.

The open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge has a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle and toaster.  Two sets of patio doors open from the kitchen and dining area to the patio. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Tea towels are included.

The dining area comprises of a table and seating for up to 7 people (a highchair is available) and the lounge area has comfortable sofas, an electric fire, and t.v. with DVD player.  The property also has wi-fi internet access.

There is a cloakroom on the ground floor and a main bathroom (with bath and shower over) and en-suite shower room on the first floor.  Both bathrooms have shaver points.  Bath towels are provided.

The bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors.  Some of the beds are 'zip and link beds' and can be adjusted to suit. First floor: one room with either a king or twin beds and an ensuite shower room.  Second room is either a king or twin room.  On the second floor is a lovely light room with either a king and a single bed or 3 single beds.  All bedrooms have storage for clothes and there is a hairdryer available.  All bed linen is included. A travel cot is also available (with linen if required).

The Old Chapel and The Old Manse, Knelston, Reynoldston

Interlocking doors (both upstairs and downstairs) allow the properties to be let separately but combined they open up to provide wonderful accommodation for larger parties. 

Internally there are two kitchen areas which, for large parties, provide a useful second dishwasher and oven as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster.  The dining area comprises table & chairs to seat 10 people (a highchair is also available).

There are two lounge areas, both with wood burning stoves and tvs with DVD players. The Old Chapel offers a high ceiling room with plenty of space for the whole party and the Manse is a smaller sitting room to get away from the crowd! The property also has wi-fi internet access.
