The bungalow is set in an enclosed garden laid mainly to lawn with uninterrupted rural views. It is conveniently located for easy access to Port Eynon, Horton, Oxwich and Rhossili.

The kitchen/diner is complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric cooker and fridge freezer. A kitchen towel and a tea towel is provided.

There are two sitting rooms both with TV, free view box and a DVD player in one of the rooms. The fire place in the photo is purely decorative and cannot be used.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers. Bed linen is provided. The bathroom contains a bath with over head electric shower and HW basin. The toilet is in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom. The bungalow has oil central heating throughout. All utilities (electric, water, oil) are included in the price.
