Meadow View, Pitton, Rhossili

Meadowview is a stone farmhouse set in the former farmyard in the hamlet of Pitton and comprises of a large farmhouse kitchen, utility room, bathroom, lounge, two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a wc.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, pine dining table and chairs. A washing machine and drier are provided in the adjoining utility room/boot room.

The lounge has one settee, an arm chair, a TV, DVD and CD player and overlooks the small garden to the front of the property which is a good area for summer BBQs.

The bathroom is complete with a bath, separate shower, wc and hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

There is central heating throughout the property and bed linen is provided.

This is an ideal house for summer or winter lets. Close to Mewslade and Rhossili. Great for walkers, surfers and bird watchers etc. A drying room for wet suits is also available.

Mewslade is a short distance away, only a 10-15 minute stroll down the valley. The nearest shop is at Scurlage which is a 5 minute drive. If you want to eat out, the nearest restaurant is in Rhossili (opens 2006), which is a 15-20 minute walk.
