The Penthouse is a spacious apartment with a touch of luxury, on the top floor at Langland Heights. It has just been newly refurbished and sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms; 2 doubles and 1 twin. It is conveniently located within walking distance to both the village of Mumbles, where there is a large selection of places to eat and shops to browse and Langland Bay which is popular year round with young families and surfers. A short drive will take you to any of Gower's famous beaches.

The main living area of The Penthouse is open plan.  There is a leather three piece suite and a large screen television with Sky TV, along with contemporary dining for six. 

Alongside the main living area, is a smaller games room which has a two seater leather settee, small flat screen TV and Nintendo console.  A perfect place for the children to play in or maybe even watch something different to the adults on the television?

The large kitchen area is fully fitted and has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster.  The adjoining utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, electrical shaver point, wash basin and toilet.

All of the bedrooms have plenty of storage space.  The master room has an additional flat screen TV.  Bed linen and towels are provided (with the exception of beach towels).  A baby’s cot and a highchair are available on request.

The Penthouse has laminate or hard flooring throughout which may mean that it is suitable for asthmatics and benefits from gas central heating. Wi-Fi broadband is also available.

Outside is a garden which is laid to lawn and plenty of off-road parking.

We regret that smoking is prohibited in The Penthouse and we are unable to accept pets. Please note that there is no lift up to the Penhouse which is situated on the second floor.

The Retreat is a comfortable, ground floor apartment set only a few minutes’ walk from Langland Bay and is within easy walking distance of Mumbles. Being well positioned for beach holidays, walkers, surfers and those who enjoy city life, this one bedroomed property is ideal for two people who want to explore the area.

The apartment has one double bedroom with a large built in wardrobe and small flat screen TV with Freeview. 

The Lounge has a two-seater settee, coffee table and wall mounted, flat screen TV with Freeview.  Wi-Fi broadband is also available.

The shower room has a walk-in-shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.  Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two stools, a fridge with freezer compartment, two electric hob rings and a microwave with grill.

We regret that smoking is prohibited in The Retreat and we are unable to accept pets.

There is a small sitting area outside and off-road parking for two cars.
