Langland Cottage is situated in a leafy street above Langland bay with Langland beach just a short walk down the hill.
It comprises 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet, and sleeps 4 in two double beds (an additional bed or cot may be provided in the third bedroom).
The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is provided.
The stylish bathroom has a bath with shower.

Dylan Thomas´ local, the Newton Inn, is only yards away down the road, and the delightful shops, renowned pubs and varied restaurants of the former fishing village of Mumbles are less than a mile away.

Langland Cottage is newly refurbished to a European standard and tastefully, yet cosily decorated preserving original features.

There are sea views from the bedrooms and a large mature secluded garden.

Langland Cottage is ideally situated for the beautiful family beach of Langland and the magnificent coastal path which encircles the whole of the Gower peninsula.
It is an ideal base from which to explore the famous beauty of the Gower beaches and landscapes, which are only minutes away by car.

Langland Cottage is a perfect place for surfers wanting to sample the waves of Langland bay, the cradle of Welsh surfing.
