Two sitting rooms both with TV points, one having a large ingle nook fireplace with log burning stove, colour TV, DVD and freeview.
Dining room.
Fully fitted kitchen with oil Rayburn, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility with sink unit, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Downstairs cloakroom with shower, toilet and WHB.

UPSTAIRS: One step in middle of landing.
Sleeps nine people.
Two double bedrooms with king size beds and TV’s.
Two twin bedrooms one with its own WHB and TV’s.
One single bedroom.
Bathroom with bath, toilet and WHB.
Shower room with shower toilet bidet and WHB.

DIRECTIONS for Horton Farm

Leave the M4 at junction 42 and follow the signs for Swansea City Centre A483, (Brown signs South Gower) A4067 past the University, at Blackpill take the B4436 after passing through Kittle take the next right at church, this takes you onto the A4118 turning left. Follow this road until you reach Scurlage, a mile further on take the next left to Horton. As you enter the village of Horton we are situated on the right hand side of the road.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

It is advisable to verify availability by telephone prior to booking.

Provisional bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.

A non-returnable deposit of one third of the total holiday price is payable on booking. The balance is due twenty-one days prior to holiday commencing. Once the booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing. You are liable for the balance of the rental in full; we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation.

A refundable damage deposit of £200.00 is payable with the rental balance three weeks prior to arrival.

Accommodation will be available from 2.30pm on day of arrival to 10.00am on day of departure. Bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left clean and tidy. Guests are fully responsible for the properties and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or contents. Guests should report any damage or breakage’s these are to be paid for.

Cars, boat, contents, luggage and personal belongings are at the owner’s risk.

The number in the party must not exceed the number on the booking form. The hirer shall not part with possessions of the property or share it, except with members of the party named on the booking form. The owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without a refund for a breach of these conditions.

The property owners shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy.

Bed linen is supplied; there will be an additional charge for towels if required during your stay.
