Hillside is a 270 year old fully refurbished cottage in the heart of Oxwich village. Its position has the benefits of being a short stroll (200 metres.) to a beautiful sandy beach and its adjacent nature reserve, managed by the Countryside Council of Wales; 400 metres from Oxwich castle and it is central to all the delights of the outstandingly beautiful Gower Peninsula.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance hall, spacious lounge with 2 sofas, coffee table, oak dresser, corner cabinet housing TV/video. A selection of Books videos and games are available for use. Under stair cupboard houses freezer and cloak provisions.

Modern ash kitchen with fridge, freezer, Stoves double oven, microwave and combined washing machine/dryer. Fully equipped with cooking utensils. Adjoining boiler with airing cupboard.

1 double room (King size bed), large pine wardrobe with drawers. Bedside tables with lights.

1 twin bedroom (bed under bed), wardrobe, set of drawers, bed-side light.

The whole cottage is serviced with a modern oil fired automatic central heating boiler
