Highwinds is set at the top of Port Eynon hill and has uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. Highwinds offers two, second floor apartments.
Highwinds is set on 5 acres of land offering a large private garden with an outdoor swimming pool (unheated) and barbeque area. The grounds are also home to two resident welsh cob horses, Shanks and Jasmin, which are good natured, petting horses.
There is off- road parking available for car's and boats.

The apartment is fully equipped and is a very functional space. The sleeping area has a double bed, with side units, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Bed linen is provided.
The lounge area has one arm chair and a two seater settee. There is a TV and DVD player provided for your entertainment. |

The fully fitted kitchen is complete with a fridge freezer, full size electric oven and integrated grill, touch ceramic hob (with locks), microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The use of a washing machine and tumble dryer is available on request. All cleaning materials and products are provided.
The bathroom has an electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Towels are provided, as is a hairdryer. |

French doors lead out from the apartment onto a balcony that is shared with the other apartment. The balcony has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and down towards the sea. There is a table and chairs on the balcony that you may like to use for breakfast, or for that well deserved cup of tea (or glass of wine) of an evening.
There is off-road parking available. Please note that the entrance to the apartment is within the owners own home. |

| The Sanctuary is a spilt level, one bedroom apartment offering spacious accommodation with a modern contemporary feel. This apartment is fully self contained and has its own entrance.
The apartment is fully equipped and sleeps 2 - 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. French Doors open onto the balcony which is shared with the Studio Apartment. The balcony has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and down towards the sea. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so that you can enjoy eating and drinking 'al fresco'.

There is a leather corner suite which opens into a double bed (which can accommodate a second couple sharing or sleep the children). There is also an arm chair and nest of tables.
