short walking distance to the local beach
of Horton/Port Eynon. The owners of the property live in the adjacent
semi. The property is not available until Spring 2008 as there are
long term tenants in the property at the moment.

that seats six and comfortable sofas around an open fire, although
this is to be replaced by a multi-fuel wood burning stove in the
future. A TV, with Freeview, a DVD and video player are provided
for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully fitted
and equipped with an electric cooker, grill and hob, washing machine,
dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the twin room and
a double, which is accessed via the twin room. A separate WC adjoins
the double room.
Upstairs in the large family
bathroom there is a bath with overhead shower, a WC, wash basin
and electric shaver point.
The master bedroom is also on the first floor and has lovely views
of the sea and plenty of storage space for clothes.
A garden with raised decking area is to the front of the property
and has a BBQ and garden furniture with views of the sea towards
Port Eynon point.
There is full central heating throughout
the property and both bed linen and towels are provided, but guests
should bring their own beach towels. Pets are accepted by arrangement.
