Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Mumbles suitable for couples and families for both summer & winter breaks.  The property has been recently re-furbished by an Interior Designer to a very high standard and is a relaxing haven for those who are looking to get away from things but still want a bit of life. The property is approached via steps and overlooks the seafront, having lovely sea views. It is within walking distance of all the amenities of Mumbles, with high class restaurants serving excellent quality locally produced food. Access to the cycle and walking path is directly opposite the apartment which takes you along Mumbles seafront to lovely cafes, ice cream parlours & bars. Opposite are community run tennis courts. The Mumbles land train stops a 2/3 minute walk away which takes you into Swansea.

The property can sleep up to five people in one double, one single (on the first floor) and a sofabed in the living room (this has a privacy curtain). Luxury bed linen, complimentary toiletries & white fluffy towels are provided for your comfort together with a hairdryer, iron & ironing board.  A welcome pack will also be there on your arrival. 
 
The master double bedroom is situated on the ground floor at the rear of the apartment with patio doors leading onto the small courtyard garden. It has a double bed & drawer storage units. 

The well equiped kitchen/dining area is fully fitted with granite worktops and has an electric fan oven with grill, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, combination microwave, kettle, toaster & cafetiere.  There is also a dining table & 4 chairs.  Ample crockery is provided.
 
The open plan living room with original wooden flooring & slate fireplace (decorative only), a large comfortable sofabed, armchair, cushions, rug, lamps, ornaments & sea views create a relaxing atmosphere.  Original shutters cover the bay at night. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview & a DVD player, plus a small selection of DVD's, games & books & a seperate CD player. 

The single bedroom on the first floor has a cast iron bed with drawer storage units and a large wardrobe.  Window overlooks courtyard garden below.
 
The bathroom is situated on the first floor with a shower bath, basin & wc. 
 
The apartment has central heating and instant access hot water.
 
The courtyard garden is shared by two other apartments however, it is only this apartment that has direct access from the master bedroom & lobby area. A table & chairs are provided.

Parking is not available at the property however, you can unload outside and free parking is available in the side streets a few minutes walk away.  Also there is a pay & display carpark on the seafront which costs £2.50 all day and is no more than 2/3 mins away.

How to find us:
The village of Mumles is some 25 minutes from the M4.  To reach Mumbles you take M4 and exit at junction 42 following the A483 into Swansea.  Continue along the main road (keeping sea on lhs) and follow until you enter the village of Mumbles. Carry straight on at the mini-roundabout and the property is situated on the right hand side approx 50mtrs past the shops.  The building is painted blue with a red door.
