Fairfield Farmhouse is situated on a working farm in the heart of Gower.  An ideal place to explore the beauty of the whole of the Gower Peninsula.  Set in its own acreage with views over Rhossili Down, you will see horses, cows and sheep happily grazing away
Centrally located, the beaches of Port Eynon, Horton and Oxwich are all within a 5 minute drive and Rhossili is only a 10 minute drive.  A 25 minute drive to Swansea town centre with indoor leisure centre, museums and marina.  The fishing village of Mumbles is just 20 minutes by car.

The large reception hallway has a cloakroom, downstairs bathroom and leads onto both lounge areas and kitchen. It has stairs leading to the upper floor.

The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, a fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.

The larger lounge has two settees with chairs, occasional furniture, a digital TV with DVD and an electric fire.

The smaller lounge area has a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and chairs, a dining table and digital TV with DVD as well as an additional electric fire.

The downstairs bathroom comes complete with shower, wc and hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

Off the back of the kitchen is a bedroom with a single bed with plenty of storage space.  The room is large enough to accommodate another bed or cot if required.  Ideal for those with limited mobility.

The first floor has the main bathroom, complete with bath, shower attachment, wc and hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

There are also three bedrooms on this floor. Two double rooms, one of which is large enough to accommodate a cot or a single bed if required and a twin room. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space in all of the rooms. All bed linen and bath and hand towels are provided.

There is oil central heating throughout. A highchair and cot are available if required.  There is plenty of outdoor storage space for cycles or surf boards.

There is an outside utility room with a washing machine for your convenience. There is a large garden with a washing line and patio furniture.  There is ample off-road parking at the front of the house.

Local ammenities include a petrol station and shop, chemist, chip shop and archery centre.  Pony trekking and riding are readily available.  The local family run pub, The King Aurthur, is 5 minutes away with excellent food either in the bar, restaurant or outside with views overlooking Cefn Bryn.
