Brook House is situated in the heart of the seaside village of Port Eynon.

Brook House was originally built as a meeting house and has just undergone complete renovation and refurbishment. The result is high standard, flexible accommodation which is available as self-catering (for sole occupancy bookings), bed and breakfast or on a room only basis. Fully catered weeks can be arranged on request out of high season.

Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have en-suite shower rooms, the third has an en-suite bathroom.  This bathroom has two doors, which means when the house is rented with sole occupancy it can be used as a family bathroom or an en-suite, simply by locking one of the doors.

On the ground floor there is a large, fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric cooker and grill with gas hob.

Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.  The utility has a separate heating system which means that it can be used as a drying room for muddy boots, wet suits, golf clubs etc.  It would also provide useful storage space for bikes or surf boards.

The open plan dining room and living room has a rustic solid wood table and chairs to seat eight people, two three-seater settees and two occasional chairs. TV with Freeview, DVD player and an ipod speaker system are provided. Both the dining area and the oak beamed conservatory extension open onto a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue.

All bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are provided.  A cot and highchair is available on request. Pets are welcome by arrangement only when there is sole occupancy of the property.  Off-road parking is provided to the side and rear of the house.

Brook House is less than a five minute walk to the sea front & beach, the Smugglers Haunt Restaurant (seasonal opening) and Ship Inn public house.  The nearest grocery shop is less than a 5 minute drive away.
