Also on the ground floor is a wc, a dining room that seats eight and a large living room with TV, DVD player and video. There is a duel fuel stove in the living room which can burn either coal or logs, but there is also central heating throughout the house.

The master bedroom is en suite with shower, hand basin, wc and electric shaver point. This room also benefits from a small balcony, with a table and two chairs - perfect for morning coffee.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower head, a wash basin, wc and shaver point. Guests are asked to bring their own towels.

The garden is enclosed with a raised decking area to the rear of the house which is extremely private. There is ample parking and the attached double garage provides secure storage for bicycles or surf boards etc.

Renowned as the surf capital of Wales, the unspoilt village of Llangennith has magic and charm enough for children and parents alike. Ideal for teenagers with a taste for high-octane surf as well as for those with a slower pace of life in mind.

The village boasts a pub, ‘The King’s Head’ and PJ’s famous surf shop. There is no shop in the village, but provisions and newspapers can be bought from the 'Hill End Holiday Village' site five minutes drive away.

There are some garages and small local supermarkets with a wider range of products to be found within a 10-15 minute drive away.

The city of Swansea is only a 20 minute drive away and has all the amenities you expect a modern city to have. The picturesque seaside village of Mumbles, with its lovely waterfront and glorious views over Swansea Bay is again only 20 minutes away.

There are two beaches within a 5 min drive or 15 min walk. Both charge a nominal fee of £2 for car parking. Bathing at Llangennith beach is extremely safe whilst at Broughton some extra care should be taken.
The lovely beaches of South Gower, Oxwich and Port Eynon are only some 15-20 minutes away. The natural wonder of Worms Head and Rhossili are about the same distance away.
