This large detached property is set in the heart of Penclawdd village with convenient access to the many attractions of both Gower and Swansea City Centre.

April Cottage has four bedrooms.  Upstairs there are two double rooms and a single room that share the family bathroom.  Downstairs is a further double room with an en-suite shower room.  All bed linen and towels, with the exclusion of beach towels, are provided.  A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience

The fully fitted kitchen comprises a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, double oven Rangemaster cooker, iron and ironing board.  The separate dining room seats six people comfortably.

There are two large sitting rooms, each with a large TV.  A DVD player and Freeview are provided for your entertainment.  There is a satellite connection, but please remember to bring your SKY viewing card if you want to be able to watch the channels that you have at home.

There is off road parking for 3-4 cars and visitors have full use of the garden.

There is a view of the estuary from all the rooms at the front of the house.
