This well presented two bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Swansea Marina and is conveniently located for a short car journey to Mumbles or Gower and is within easy access to all that Swansea has to offer. 

The accommodation consists of a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner, two double bedrooms one with an en suite and a bathroom.  There are views over the marina from the master bedroom and kitchen.  The lounge/diner has patio doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the marina.  The flat has full gas central heating.  Bed linen and towels are also provided. (Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels).  The marina also enjoys WI-FI access. 
There is an allocated parking space which can accommodate two cars nose to tail outside the main entrance to the building.  All utilities (gas, electric and water) are included in the price.

Kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.  There is a good range of cooking utensils and crockery. Tea towel, hand towel and dish cloth are provided.

Lounge /Diner.
The lounge diner has two sofas, occasional furniture, digital television and a DVD player, CD and radio, table and chairs.  There is a selection of DVDs, books and games available for guest use. 

Master Bedroom with En Suite.
A spacious room with double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.  The en suite has a WC, bath with shower above and a vanity unit.

Walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.

WIFI is available in the marina. Guests are able to buy a card from the Marina office.

Price list per week for 5 Penryce Court 2010

Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday.  The apartment is available from 2:30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. 

Short breaks are available out of season.  Prices available upon request.

Booking Terms
 A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking.  The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.  Bank details available upon request for credit transfer. Cheques payable to C. Lloyd.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation you are liable for the balance.  However the owner will try to re-let the property and will return the balance if the property is re-let.  It is advisable for guests to take out their own travel insurance to cover themselves in the event of a cancellation.
