This semi-detached holiday bungalow has been modernised and decorated throughout to a very high standard. 

The front of the property has a southerly aspect which enjoys sunshine until late afternoon. It is situated on a privately owned leisure park which is a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beach at Oxwich Bay.

The grounds of the park are very well maintained with plenty of green areas for children to run around. It has its own allocated parking space.

The bungalow is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen including a fridge, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. There is a television and DVD player in the lounge. The bathroom is stylish and modern with an electric shower cubicle.

Electricity is operated via a 50p coin meter.

Terms and conditions
A 25% deposit is required within 5 working days of your booking being confirmed with the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival. 

A £50 refundable damage deposit is required upon payment of the final balance.

Guests are requested to arrive after 1.30p.m on the day of arrival and are requested to leave by 10.30 a.m on the day of departure.

Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must provide their own bed linen and towels.

Electricity is charged via a 50p coin meter.

Deposits are only refundable up to four weeks before the date of arrival.

Smoking and pets are strictly not permitted in the bungalow.

The owners cannot accept liability for loss or damage to guests' property or for personal injury.

Guests are requested to leave the bungalow in the same good condition as found on arrival. All breakages must be paid for.
