This semi detached bungalow within Gower Holiday Village, sleeps up to 5 people and is conveniently located for easy access to the beaches of Port Eynon and Rhossili, as well as having the village shop and pub close at hand. All bungalows within the village have use of the communal facilities including the heated indoor swimming pool.

The bungalow itself has an open-plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. The kitchen comprises of an electric cooker and hob, a fridge with ice box compartment, a microwave and kettle. There isn’t a washing machine in the property, but there is a launderette on site.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a room with a double bed and overhead single bunkbed, with hanging space for clothes. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The shower room has a toilet, hand basin with electric shaver point and a shower cubicle.

The bungalow is all on one level so may be suitable for someone with limited mobility and has electric storage heaters installed.

This well furnished ground floor apartment is located in Norton on the outskirts of the bustling village of Mumbles. Part of a larger Victorian house, it has high ceilings, lots of space and is set in an elevated position with amazing views over the village and Swansea Bay.

The accommodation sleeps four people in two double rooms, but a put-you-up bed could be provided for an extra child. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, plenty of wardrobe space and a television. One bedroom has sea views through a patio window that opens onto the front of the property.

The luxurious bathroom has a large built in bath, a shower cubicle with amazing power shower, sink, wc and electric shaver point. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, but guests should bring their own towels for use on the beach.

Lounge

The kitchen is fully fitted and has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.

The lounge/diner benefits from sea views and access onto the paved area at the front of the property through patio doors. Although there is a dining table and chairs inside, patio furniture is also provided, so should you wish, you can enjoy your meals in the open air.
The lounge is furnished with two comfortable settees and a television. There is a DVD player in one of the bedrooms.

There is central heating throughout the property and for your additional security a burglar alarm is fitted. This is a non-smoking property and we are unable to accept pets. Off-road parking is available and as the apartment is all on one floor, it may be suitable for someone with limited mobility. A bottle of wine will be provided on arrival to welcome you at the start of your holiday.

The Gower beaches are just a short drive away and Mumbles village with its bars, restaurants and boutiques is within walking distance, but there is a closer village pub just down the road.
