The bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower, WC and hand basin. 

The kitchen has an electric cooker and grill, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine, dining table and chairs.

The apartment benefits from central heating throughout and all utilities are included in the price.  Outside, there is a courtyard that is shared with the other apartment.

We are situated in West Cross (the start of the outstanding natural beauty of the Gower Coast), 5 minutes walk from the seafront and just 10 minutes walk to the seaside village of Mumbles. There are 2 pubs close by, both offering excellent home cooked food. The Lyndon Tree is just a 5 minute stroll away and the West Cross Inn is a few minutes walk on the promenade.

For the younger family members there is a leafy park with modern play area within a minutes walk. For the sporty family members there are 4 outstanding golf courses within a 10 minute drive, an Olympic size pool, horse riding, rambling, cycling and numerous water sports including well known surfing beaches.

In the picturesque village of Mumbles you will find lots to do and see. Cosy coffee shops, wonderful restaurants and pubs, lovely boutique shops and 2 well stocked mini supermarkets. A highlight includes Oystermouth Castle that stands overlooking the Mumbles village. There is also the Mumbles Pier with its lighthouse and lifeboat station based within easy access of the famous cliffside walks and blue flag beaches.

Swansea City Centre and its new SA1 development with its new restaurants and bars is a 10 minute drive away and the vibrant city of Cardiff an hour by car.
