At Gower Holidays I am committed to providing the best customer service that I can. As the business expands and I continue as a sole trader I believe that it may be difficult to catch me on the phone at certain times as I could be in meetings, on site visits, updating the website or dealing with other enquiries. To make it easier for you to speak to me on the phone I am designating certain times when I will definitely be available to answer the phone. These are detailed below:

Outside these times, please either leave a message on the answer phone (if I don't answer) or send me an email and I will respond as soon as I can. This is usually the same day and always within 24 hours.

Should my hours change for a particular day, the time when I will be available will be displayed in the “Today’s hours” box.

Please note that enquiries about individual properties should be made directly to the property owner.
