Thanks for your email. There are quite a number of properties that have vacancies that week. I don't hold price information for them all, so what I suggest you do, is look at the self-catering vacancies chart on the website (it can be found near the top of the menu on the left hand side).
Then, follow the property name link to where you can find more information about the properties that have vacancies and then contact the owners of the properties that you are interested in, directly.

The vacancies chart is ALWAYS as up to date as the information that I have received from the property owners.

Stage 1 £70.00* for a full twelve months (or £40.00* if taken in conjunction with stage 2)

Please note that if you own multiple properties there are surcharges which may apply**.

Stage 1 incorporates a landscape orientation thumbnail photograph of the exterior of the property and up to 270 characters (including spaces) of text and a link to your website.

Any weakening of the relationship between links from my website relative to those to my website may have an adverse impact upon my search engine rankings. As a result, it is now part of the terms and conditions that if you have your own commercial website and require only a stage 1 advert to be developed, that a link must be added to http://www.the-gower.com from your website.

Stage 2 £90.00* to set up, then £40.00* per year to retain in subsequent years.

Stage 3 Domain registration/web address £20.00* for two years.

* All prices are correct as of 27/01/07 and are subject to a small annual increase.

**You can choose between a stage 1 advert per property, or if you reference more than one property within a single stage 1 advert, then the price will be that of stage 1 (be it £70 or £40) plus 50% per additional property mentioned within the stage 1 advert.

Similarly, have you thought about the wording that you would like to use for your advert? If you want to put something together, please work within 270 characters including spaces. I will also need the name of your property and your web address if you have one. If you can email those to me, that would be great. Also, may I have your full address for invoicing, please? I attach a vacancies sheet for you to complete if you wish to have your vacancies shown on the chart. If you have any questions, you know where I am.
