Culture in Swansea, Mumbles and Gower

There’s always a lot going on in the area to entertain you, if culture is your thing.  There are a large number of galleries showing a variety art, from a range of artists with differing styles.  These vary from more traditional paintings to photography, jewellery and pottery; some of them located in coffee shops, others dedicating their space solely to exhibitions and sales. The Glynn Vivian Art Gallery, for example, has a collection of work by old masters and Welsh artists.

Regular live entertainment is provided throughout Swansea including concerts, dance, drama, comedy, musicals, children’s shows, opera and the top TV names.  If that’s not enough for you, then the latest films are on show at the cinemas.
